Guatemala Sinkhole Scares City Of Guatemala June 7, 2010 by Steve Hamilton

Just a few days ago, the Guatemala Sinkhole has caught all of our attention, And after geologist investigation announced that the Guatemala Sinkhole may be more than just that sinkhole and could be very dangerous. Neighbors who lived next the the Sinkhole are now feeling scared of what may happen next.

One of the neighbors who is Maria Del Carmen De Ramirez who just lives next to the cavernous Sinkhole thinks of how everything happened during a clothing Factory was swallowed. The Guatemala Sinkhole was around 66 feet (20 meters) and nearly 100 feet (30 meters) deep and almost had a perfect circle form when viewed from the top. This Guatemala Sinkhole opened up in Cuidad Nueva in May 30.

Everyone near the Guatemala Sinkhole has already abandoned their home. Fear of recurrence of an even larger Guatemala Sinkhole is spreading as of the moment. There are still no continuing investigation with the Guatemala Sinkhole to re appear because no Tropical Storm has been reported to hit the city as of now.
